I visited Nicolas last month when I was suffering from severe sciatica pain and was struggling to find relief. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. The dry needling treatment he performed was highly effective, and the reduction in pain was remarkable. A month later, I’m still feeling great and have continued to improve. I can’t thank Nicolas enough for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues.

Nicolas was brilliant, he very quickly worked out what was causing my issue and how to fix it.I left feeling a lot better and he gave me some stretches to keep up to stop the problem reoccurring.

I found Nicolas very professional and caring to my ailment. I did not feel rushed and he explained everything about the required treatment. This involved, consultation, stretches, dry needles, short deep massage and heat compression plus recommended medication. This first treatment has given me great relief. Im continuing at home with a basic exercise. I will monitor to see how my condition stays. Lastly i would recommend Nicolas 100%.

Been dealing with some shoulder and back issues for years. After my first session this has loosened up a lot and I had a better understand of why my body was reacting in the way it was. Due to the extent of my injury/s I am probably going to need more sessions but I am very happy with the progress so far.

This man s a magician This man s a magician. I was referred for physiotherapist after a car accident. I had shoulder pain all the time and a limited range of movement that made even simple tasks difficult. I developed coping mechanisms but worried that this was becoming a chronic injury. Thank heavens for Mr Rossi. During an initial phone consultation Nicholas established how far off base line my mobility was , my general health and what I hoped could be achieved by treatment. He was reassuring and positive. I was excited to get started. Nicholas supplied me with an exercise plan and helpful diagrams so that I could immediately prepare for the first appointment.I felt in control of my progress. I’ve had two sessions of acupuncture now and already feel more comfortable. I’m not guarding my arm so much and surprise myself by doing a task that had been uncomfortable before. Nicholas speaks quietly so I’ve found myself listening very carefully to his advice and I’ve never felt rushed. He’s so patient. I feel the treatment has been a real success and that the programme was individualised and personal to me. I expect to make a full recovery with Nicolas s support. He deserves all the plaudits ! I was referred to Nicolas through occupational health. For years I felt this problem with my shoulder would never go away. However, on the first initial discussion he explained the process in a very calm and approachable manner. He reassured me from the beginning which gave me hope for the future. His techniques of using acupuncture and manipulation has helped me tremendously. His friendly, yet confident manner, allowed me to feel more relaxed during the sessions and in turn built up a trusting relationship. Neck and back pain. I was referred to Nicolas through work. To be honest I wasn’t really expecting much as I’ve attended physios in the past and they’ve never really helped. However after just 15 mins with Nicolas I knew he was going to be different. He was very calming whilst reassuring and made me at ease straight away. His techniques of using acupuncture along with massage and exercise has helped me tremendously. Nicolas is very professional physio,explained to methe cause of my injury, and what is most important calmed me down as I was worried. Highly recommend.

Pain free for the first time in months Had hip and leg pain for over 8 months. My GP offered ibuprofen which didn’t help. After having scans I was advised by an orthopaedic surgeon my issue was bursitis. As treatment I was offered 10 sessions of physio. I opted to book with Nicolas Rossi due to the many positive reviews. During my initial appointment with Nicolas he listened sympathetically as I explained the problems I was experiencing. He then explained, clearly and in detail, what he reasoned was causing the issue, why it was a different diagnosis from the surgeon and how he would go about treating it. After some heat and manipulation and dry needle work, I felt instant relief. Nicolas demonstrated stretches, as I recorded on my mobile, that I could do at home to help. Over the next week my pain was 95% gone and after 1 further appointment I am now pain free. I was covered for 10 sessions via health insurance and I’m sure many would milk this for the full 10 sessions but not Nicolas. Nicolas is an extremely professional, friendly gentleman and I would thoroughly recommend, as I have already done so to friends and family. Thanks for your help Nicolas.

I visited Nicolas with pain in my neck… I visited Nicolas with pain in my neck shoulder and arm. We talked through the symptoms and Nicolas was able to determine where the pain was coming from. The treatment was a mixture of acupuncture and heat therapy. After the session I immediately felt 80% of an improvement. Nicolas then showed me what stretching exercises to do at home. Nearly a week on and I am nearly back to normal movement. I can’t thank Nicolas enough for the treatment and would gladly recommend him to anyone

Best Physio I have experienced and there’s been a few! Having previous experience of attending physio, I thought I knew what to expect. How wrong was I! Nicholas hands should be well insured, as they seem to be able to work miracles. As well as being a highly skilled practitioner, he’s uses complimentary treatments such as acupuncture and good humour to make a real difference to his patients quality of life. I have suffered for many years with muscular pain and since being referred to Nicholas, I have finally experienced immense improvements and relief. I can’t thank him enough for the difference he has made. Would highly recommend!!
