Attended Clinic with Nicolas yesterday. I found him to be very professional, courteous, informative and knowledgeable. His treatment was outstanding and had such an impact on me after his first treatment. I would highly recommend!

A unique professional treatment that works! I saw Nicolas for an appointment on Saturday 19th July, I have had severe sciatic pain for a number of weeks, he did gentle stretching exercises which were easy to follow and provided instant relief. I now have an insight into the cause of my problem and I’m able to use the simple exercises he recommended. He also recommended a muscle relaxant which my GP has prescribed. I had been a previous patient of Nicolas following an injury a few years ago and on both occasions his unique treatment has worked well for me. I would highly recommend and would certainly use his services again in the future.

Had a great experience with Nicolas,explains everything that he’s doing and what it’s for,and the exercises that he gave me to do for stretching work a treat. Would highly recommend if anyone is in pain he’s the man to help you!!!

Nicolas listens to your complaint and… Nicolas listens to your complaint and then quickly applies the remedy. To know the bodies muscles and nerves is no easy task. Yet this man does it with ease. I have been for acupuncture before …but never like this. His knowledge and practice are rare. Painless acupuncture who can do that. The results are amazing. You even fall asleep while he is sticking the needles into ya. Happy days.

I’ve had a sore back for 3 years I’ve had a sore back for 3 years. I went to see Nicolas hoping that he could help. He was fantastic. I felt comfortable with him and he gave me a diagnosis. I got instant relief and I’m still pain free a week later. I got exercises to help and they have worked too. All in all a great experience. I would definitely recommend him.

Superb Nicolas is fantastic at his job. He is friendly and professional and will take the time to get to the root of the problem. I most recently visited him after a car accident that left me unable to raise my arm or reach around my back whilst getting dressed. After a session with Nicolas my arm felt 90% improved 👌. I have tried all sorts of different physios and methods over the years and nobody has been able to help to this degree in the 1st session. AMAZING

He took the time to explain where all my pains were stemming from and explained everything so clearly. I felt at ease and actively listened to. The acupuncture and pressure relief was brilliant and really surprised me the difference it made. Further follow up contact details provided should they be needed which is very reassuring. I’ve had pain and restricted movement in my shoulder for a few years that was getting worse. Nicolas listened attentively and knew exactly what the problem was. A very positive experience for me. I was referred to Nicholas by Occupational Health for persistent pain in my Knee and also in my neck/shoulder. I have been to physiotherapy before including privately, and I was doubtful this would be any different or more helpful. However, I was mistaken, Nicholas took time to listen to my symptoms and detect where the issues were originating from. With the help of exercises/stretches, acupuncture and educating me on what the issues were, I left the appointment with a better understanding of the issue and how to self-help any flare ups. Overall, I would highly recommend Nicholas and am thankful for his intervention which has been a very positive experience for me.

Neck and back pain. I was referred to Nicolas through work. To be honest I wasn’t really expecting much as I’ve attended physios in the past and they’ve never really helped. However after just 15 mins with Nicolas I knew he was going to be different. He was very calming whilst reassuring and made me at ease straight away. His techniques of using acupuncture along with massage and exercise has helped me tremendously. I found Nicolas very helpful as he took time to explain why I was in pain and how he proposed to help me. His treatment was very reassuring and his advice afterwards gave me lots of encouragement. Great appointment with Nicolas, he really takes the time to find out what is going on and get to the heart of the matter, then the hands on work he does is so effective. I was blown away by the difference after my appointment it was like night and day as regards pain. I couldn’t walk without restriction before going to see him, after one appointment my back just felt free and my legs light. He looks at the body holistically, I’d recommend his physio practice to anyone and will be telling everyone I know to go to him. Fantastic

Highly effective and refreshingly different approach I came to Nicholas with a longstanding issue that hadn’t improved through other physios or generic exercises. From the outset, his approach felt very different — highly focused, hands-on, and personalised. The improvement after even one session was noticeable. I appreciated that Nicholas doesn’t overbook unnecessary follow-ups — his goal is clearly to get people better as quickly as possible, and that really came across. He combines real professionalism with a calm, reassuring manner. I felt in safe hands throughout. If you’re looking for a physio who actually gets to the root of the problem and treats it directly, I can’t recommend him enough.
