4. Pricing
Physio Differently® consultations are all the same price and duration: £90.00 for 70 minutes (1h10min).
Self-funded patients & patients with a health insurance plan that refunds the costs paid upfront by the patient: the cost of a physiotherapy consultation is £90.00.
Patients with a health insurance policy that covers the costs without requiring patients to pay anything themselves: the rates applied are those agreed between Nicolas Rossi Physiotherapy and the health insurance provider.
As a healthcare provider, Nicolas Rossi operates under VAT Notice 701/57 and is VAT-exempt. This means that the prices for services do not include VAT, nor is VAT added to the price.
5. Appointments and Bookings
- Booking Appointments: Appointments are booked online via my designated scheduling service, provided by Trafft Platform.
- Appointment duration: A 70-minute slot is allocated to you at the time of booking. This is to allow us to discuss everything we have to discuss, for me to conduct a thorough assessment as well as deliver treatment in a relaxed manner. Please note that you pay for access to my physiotherapy expertise, not for ’70 minutes’ of my time. If the appointment runs over slightly, I am not going to charge you for those extra minutes; likewise, if we happen to be done before those 70 minutes, no refund will be made of the ‘unused allocated time’. Physio Differently® is about getting results, not about watching the clock and charging you for the time spent on the premises.
- Payment: Payment for regular appointments is taken at the time of the consultation, with either cash, card, or NFC payment accepted.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and sometimes you need to make a change to an otherwise well-organised schedule. If you make these changes before the day of your appointment: no problem at all. For any change of plan happening on the day of the consultation, the following applies depending on the nature of the change:
- Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment and do not proceed to make another booking within 7 calendar days from the initially-scheduled appointment, an invoice will be sent to you for the full cost of a consultation: £90.
- Rescheduling: If you cancel your appointment and proceed to make another booking within 7 calendar days from the initially-scheduled appointment, no fee will be applied provided you attend that newly-booked consultation. Otherwise, you will be invoiced £90 for the first cancelled consultation, and another £90 do not turn up to that second consultation or cancel it on the day, totalling £180.
If, for one reason or another, I must cancel your booking, I will give you as much notice as possible. You can then rebook an appointment at your own convenience, anytime that you see available on my updated clinical schedule.
No-Show Policy:
In the event where you do not turn up to your scheduled appointment without giving me any heads up, an invoice will be sent to you for the full cost of a physiotherapy consultation (£90).
7. Consent
By booking an appointment, you explicitly consent to undergo a physiotherapy consultation with me. This includes an assessment of your condition and the provision of treatment as deemed appropriate. If you have any questions or concerns about the consultation or treatment process, please do not hesitate to contact me before your appointment on nicolas@rossi.physio. Part of my Physio Differently® approach is to ensure that you fully grasp the working diagnosis and the subsequent choice of treatment, so everything makes complete sense to you; I would never proceed without you fully understanding the rationale behind it all, for there cannot be adequate consent without adequate information.
8. Client Responsibilities
