You book yourself in for a
70-min consultation
during which I commit to:
🕰️ Give you time to go through your history, and take time to deliver clear explanations and effective treatment. There is no rush, in or out!
🎯 Identify the cause of your symptoms, providing you with a clear diagnosis using a no-nonsense approach rooted in musculoskeletal medicine.
🙌🏻 Give you immediate relief with hands-on therapy, pain-free dry-needling, and guided stretches.
ℹ️ Deliver all the relevant advice and techniques that you need to effectively manage any possible recurrence of the same issue in the future.
Who is this for?
👍🏻 I am the physiotherapist for people of all ages and fitness, who simply want to get on with their lives without the aches and pains.
From cervicogenic headaches to sciatica, through to dull aches and tingling in the arm: you do NOT have to live with it forever!
😤 I am also the physiotherapist of those who feel they have exhausted all options: heard every professional opinion, and received all kinds of treatment… to no avail!
You can expect a fresh look with a different approach followed by the delivery of effective hands-on therapy on our first consultation.
And should it turn out that fixing your ailment is out of the remit of physiotherapy, I shall at the very least provide you as much relief as I can, give you clear answers where you found communication from previous healthcare professionals to be lacking or confusing, and signpost you to the most appropriate way forward.
My background
I have been for many years a physiotherapist dedicated to treating all injuries presented by the members of staff of the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust.
With accrued professional training in musculoskeletal (orthopaedic) medicine, dry-needling, acupuncture, trigger point therapy, occupational health, and ergonomics, I developed over time a more efficient way to deliver physiotherapy care, getting patients results in the shortest amount of time.
